Hello, my name is Marsha Joseph. I am excited to be at Allen Aldridge Elementary School as your School Counselor.  My primary goal is to support students in reaching their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.  The counselor provides a safe and welcoming space to share concerns, explore interests, and develop the skills needed to succeed. 

I have over 30 years of experience in education with 25 years serving as a school counselor. 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a masters in school counseling.  

 I am also licensed as a Mental Health Counselor. 

In my spare time I love to travel and spend time with my family.
